I like carbs!

I have just gone through 2 plates of this wonderfully simple to make and tasty to eat meal.

Lightly Stir fry (until soft) red onion, spinach, sweet pepper and mushroom (using water NOT oil)

With a heap full of brown rice...... and then some more.

And thats it! Dead cheap high quality nutrition.
