5 Tasty 'High-Carb Vegan' Breakfast Options

I love eating my breakfast, it satiates me and readies my body for a hard days graft. It's also that time of day where you can have a few rare moments to yourself to think about what exactly you are going to do. Obviously it is important to find a breakfast option that provides you with enough energy to smash the day, but I think taste is pretty important too!

Over the next few days I am going to be writing posts about 5 breakfast options that a high-carb vegan could eat. I am going to review each option, and then rate them  to give you some sort of idea on which option would be best suited towards you.
